Jim Adler's firm tried to handle our simple case. My wife was hit by a moving car. End of story. We went with JM based on just their billboards. Bad idea. They seemed interested at first, but they became very hard to get a hold of, no returned calls, endless appointments with their medical clinics. Which were just out to make more appointments to get a bigger piece of the pie. I would never recommend JM to anyone, poor communication, small payout and just walks away with most of your (if they win) money. Stay away from them, the louder the ad the worse the firm. It was so bad they settled with the insurance company and didn't tell us. They refused to return calls and finally we had to go in person just to get a hold of someone. Worst.Lawyers.Ever.

Highly disappointed with their service. It’s very hard to get direct answers or updates from anyone. The defensive attitudes are horrible. Almost two years of waiting just to find out I’m expected to accept almost nothing for all that I’ve been through. I guess they pick and choose who to fight for because it definitely is not happening for me.
