Haven’t worked with the law firm yet & I don’t know if I will but I did my intake with Cindy and she was the sweetest and nicest person. I got really emotional telling her what I was going through and she treated me with so much compassion. She even did her best to uplift me mentally and give me emotional support. I know that’s not her role at all but people like her are literal angels. I’ve never left a review for a company before actually working with them but this time I had to. She deserves an instant pay raise.

Jml law is the worse, they were unable to help im my matter, stating that their firm is only able to take a certain number of cases and, at this juncture, that they cannot accept my case as we would be unable to dedicate the time and resources necessary to vigorously represent me due to being a big company.

I was referred to this law group by another firm who thought their expertise would fit my cases. Upon looking at their website I found the areas of law that they allegedly represent people pretty much were spot on. I left information and an intake call was provided. It was on a friday and the lady said I had 15 minutes. I felt rushed. I told her I had a powerpoint presentation on my case. Which they didn’t ask about further. She ended the conversation with you’ll receive an email in 2-3 days seemed like a no already which it was, they gave me the standard don’t stop searching for a lawyer, and time limitations on filing cases. My husband, three kids, and I travelled from the east coast to Los Angeles for a family vacation two summers go. While we were at the hotel pool one night, I slipped on excess water and fell on my head, knocking me out. I went to the hospital where I was diagnosed with a concussion and admitted for two days. My fall completely disrupted our family vacation. Even after we got home, I dealt with double vision for several months. JML Law was great to work with. I do not post reviews often but feel it was necessary to post my opinion here. I had a very good experience with JML and felt they represented me very well from start to finish. I felt they were very fair all around. I was in good hands. Good communication and great legal representation. Brought issues down to my level so I completely understood my options. Felt like I was talking to good friends who really cared.

As I write this I’m saddened and happy the lawyer I had at this firm did NOT do her due diligence and investigate my case. I was released from a probationary period from a job due to the fact I was having medical issues and on new medication that caused me to have lapse in judgment, cognitive impairment and the ability to think clearly. Although my employer had a taped admittance to changing some dates on paperwork, my new law firm contacted my doctors and independent medical professionals to confirm with a judge the confession was invalid. As soon as the county was going to impose a countersuit against me she backed down. In my confession it was clearly stated multiple times I couldn’t remember specifics dates and times . I am now in arbitration to further my case with a positive result. My lawyer at this firm was very condescending and treated me as a criminal from the first time we talked, poor representation and unprofessional behavior from her .
