I hired Mr. Trawick for a construction matter in which a client refused to pay the final bill. Mind you they had already paid me three subsequent times with no problem. They had strictly overspent their budget and didn’t want to pay. Mr. Trawick gathered the information regarding the case, figured out the best approach and then sent a demand letter to the owners . Long story short, the owners paid the outstanding balance based upon Mr. Trawick’s reputation, they knew that he had a solid case and in the end. If it went the distance we would prevail.
