I was trying to find an attorney. The phone number on their website or on Google maps isn't any good. Not sure how you are supposed hire them or talk to them after you do.

I have accessibility issues and last year fell victim to a fall at a popular retail chain. Their big shot insurance company and lawyers tried to make me feel small and that it was my fault. John Bales attorneys stepped up and put them in their place. Not only did I get fully compensated for my injury, they updated their locations to be more accessible to people with disabilities. If that isn’t a win win, minus my pain and suffering lol idk what is.

John Bales is hands down the BEST! I never felt like a number on a court docket, and they always took time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening with my case. Going up against a commercial insurance company felt scary, but they handled literally everything and got me the compensation me and my family needed.

My family and I were on our way home from the store, 2 little ones in the back and my husband in the front. In a moment our whole life changed. A driver came at us from the side and hit the car. The first thing I thought about was my family and all the expenses. We couldn't afford the time off of work and damages to the car.
That as until an attorney at John Bales helped us out. We made a case against that driver and won. They helped us get our lives back to normal. And during this pandemic we faced enough hardships. So I'm more than happy to talk about how amazing, caring and helpful the people are here.

This particular Law Firm is really amazing, they are extremely efficient and very reliable!
I was in a car accident and they were able to take complete control over my legally affairs, they referred me to the best treatment facilities and communication between their staff and i was phenomenal. They always found the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I had friend that was in car accident and my first suggestion to her was to call this law office. Best Law Firm ever!!!!!
