l hired Joy Foy and Associate in July 2021 after I was stuck by wreck less drive and left with multiple injuries. It was smooth and communication and I was 100% satisfied. Fast forward to May 2026 and I needed help with a work comp issue. When I spoke to the new Attorney on May 20 he assured me I’d be updated every 2 weeks with a phone call. That was 3 weeks ago. I have put in a total of 3 calls to the firm. UPDATE: I received my update and a way to communicate directly. This firm has alway been amazing and I will continue to recommend them to all my friends!

I would like to express my personal experience with this law firm I feel like the attorney who originally had my case did an injustice to my case. I don’t feel like I received the settlements that matched the injuries. I received roughly about 30% payout from how much my case was settled for and more than 70% of my money was taken for fees. I am not happy with my services and for any future needs for a law firm. I think I will look elsewhere. I do feel like the attorney that got my case in the end really tried to make up for everything, but I don’t know if it was just too late, but I am definitely not satisfied with the outcome.
