We set up several pointless meetings because some giant detail wasn't communicated properly. Ultimately, he managed to provide us a prenup ONE day before our wedding! It's not like I didn't tell him the date when we first met. What a waste of money and time.

This guy Represents a absolute horrible company UniFirst a uniform rental company that provides absolute horrible service and utilizes a very unfair arbitration process to reconcile disputes. There is no way to win the dispute it is completely rigged. I recommend that nobody use this firm. I am telling you this guy has got to be the most dishonest person you could meet. I laughed when I saw the comment below. Completely opposite this guy represents a large company that provided terrible service and in the end takes food out of the mouth of a small business family to pad his pocket. Absolutely disgusting. I can't say enough about how horrible this attorney must be. Just look at RL comment below for proof. They feel the same way!!!

Negative experience with a contested guardianship. Attorney made no attempt to question false information presented from opposing counsel during a magiitrate's hearing. Opposing counsel was not put under oath and this attorney took their hearsay comments as literal truth, when it wasnt. I felt like he was working for the opposition and not for me. I eventually completed the process through a different attorney, who was more experienced in contested guardianships. This attorney may be good with other matters, not with contested guardianships.

If you have ever felt like your business was being trampled and you weren't even sure you could defend yourself - Call John Gardner. If you have previously gotten poor representation and think all lawyers stink - Call John Gardner. We used other attorneys in the past and it just felt like they dragged their feet to get all they could from us and we would never win. But that changed about 20 years ago. John is a fighter. He is a champion for the little guy. He is AMAZING in court. He lives for this. You can see he really likes what he does. He has helped us protect our business and we are so grateful we found him. If you are looking for a small business or property lawyer - He IS your man!!!

In a field where the occupation is often the punch line, this gentleman is no joke. It is rare to find a person willing to fight for an underdog that has few resources, but is in need of representation for what is morally and fundamentally right. John treated me with dignity, and fought my case with all his passion. I could never "Thank you" enough for what John has done for me at that time.
