I found Attorney Frank Johnson through a referral & I m so glad I went to their office for a meeting! From Miss. Margaret who greets you to his Awesome Paralegal "Kathie, who is great at getting back to you as getting answers is so important. From the time I sat down & talking with Attorney Frank Johnson, they all made me feel welcome & sure, everyone is a little nervous because a work injury basically stops your whole routine! Life changing is an understatement & getting the right information from a compassionate person who really cares about your well-being, knows the legal system & he will definitely keep you in the loop & call you with updates & I like that as having peace of mind, not left to worry, that's a plus! I can’t recommend attorney lance Gilbert enough! From the start he was raw, real, and straight to the point. He knows workers comp inside and out and always kept me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond, he even helped me secure an early loan when I needed it most. When my settlement and work checks came in, Gilbert actually drove with me to the bank to make sure everything was signed and I got my money without delay. That kind of dedication is rare. Attorney Johnson is my number one lawyer in volusia co. He was my Attorney when I got hurt on my job in 1992. And until this day I can't say nothing but good things about him and his staff. I love them like family. If you need a lawyer to treat you right he will talk to you personal and not have someone else to talk to you. He is awesome and fair. I just want to say for having to go through an unpleasant experience through workers comp, Frank Johnson & his assistant, Kathie made it as pleasant as it could be, given the circumstances.
Whenever you need help or assistance, Kathie is only a phone call, text, or even email away and always so quick to get it handled.
Frank took his time explaining when I didn't understand and made all the information make sense in plain English. If I ever come into a situation where I need legal help again, I won't hesitate to reach out to Frank at Johnson & Gilbert.
Best experience for an unfortunate situation. 10/10.
