Doug took my case when no-one within 2 hours of me and I mean No-one. He took my case when all was stacked against me and we got the best possible outcome. I would hire him again and refer him to friends and family without a dout.

Do not be fooled by their lies. They will be all smiles and promises and tell you a price that will "take this case through to the end". They will not pressure the prosecution to give all of the needed materials in discovery. They will have you sign a contract that explicitly outlines what they will do for you with the agreed upon price, going into great details that other incurred fees are your responsibility and a full third of the contract is about how they will pursue you legally to get these fees. What it does not detail or even mention is what happens when THEY breach this contract. And they will. The week before the trial date, they'll call you into their office for a "meeting". It's at this time, when your back it to a wall and you don't have options left, that they will present you with a new contract for the same amount or higher price that they need to move forward. And if you bring up the fact that they are in breach of the original contract, they will scoff and point out there is now penalty for them in breaching the deal. My advice is to avoid this law group like the plague and if you do do business with them make sure the contract you sign with them outlines penalties from their side if they breach it. And they will breach it. My apologies, I was using a pseudonym for this vague warning to those who may unwittingly hire your firm. I would be more that happy to give my real name and full details as to why your firm simply can't be trusted.
