Johnson Livingston resolved two Underinsured Motorist claims that had grown too procedurally complex for me to advance with prior representation.
Both cases involved overlapping injury timelines from two separate accidents and treatment records spread across multiple providers. Todd Livingston took the first call, identified the specific coverages the cases required, and explained the order of available recovery clearly enough that I understood what the policies still supported. Brooke Hansen took primary responsibility for the legal strategy from that point, learning the medical details of both cases and building the demand around the documentation that established the full extent of recovery available.
Paralegal Minerva Morales coordinated records from every provider involved, resolved the billing discrepancies that had complicated the demand, and called monthly without my having to initiate contact. The team brought the same level of preparation to every stage of the process, and I would retain Johnson Livingston without hesitation for any matter of comparable complexity.

No one wants to get into a car accident. But if you ever do, it’s a blessing to have these guys on your side! I worked closely with Blake and Emily on my case after a car accident. They made sure I had realistic expectations and also the best care possible. I was always able to get ahold of their office and I feel they put personal care into my case. They worked speedily when insurance dragged their feet, and they made sure I was heard.
