I called this firm on a Friday, informed them of my circumstances and was told that I would be contacted the following Monday. When I called them again on Monday, as they hadn’t returned my call, they said they weren’t going to take my case, and wouldn’t give me any reason why.

I had a complicated MVA that required an inordinate level of attorney interaction due to government and civil insurance regulatory conflicts. Thankfully I was referred to Spence and Dustin, who took my case and saw it to completion. The entire process was accomplished with these gentlemen offering solid advice, suggestions and solutions to the complicated issues we faced. Dustin spoke to, corresponded with, and argued the merits and fine points of the convoluted laws involved with the insurance providers, military officials and medical providers in my case.
