“I recently had a consultation with attorney Weston and had a very positive experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very patient while discussing my situation. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the conversation. They responded to a Facebook post where I was seeking legal assistance. Called and left a message the following day without getting a response an entire before I called them back. Had an appointment for a 30 minute session for $150. Walked in for my appointment and the receptionist asked if I was here for appointment. Before I could get yes ma’am out of my mouth she said “that’ll be $150. Took me back to an office where I sat and waited for the lawyer to show up almost 15 minutes late for our appointment. Barely into an awkward and anxious session maybe due to being almost time to get off, was told it would be somewhere around $10,000 to pursue my case without any rhyme or reason to equate to that kind of figure. That was probably the actually gets to speak with easiest $150 he’s ever made. Nah, probably not. I left there very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Fast forward a few weeks later, my wife is calling around to different law firms and gets to speak with ?Andrew Banks and gets a ton of helpful information regarding our situation. And guess what, at NO cost.

🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑Beware Beware Beware I asked the receptionist several times could this law firm help me with my case, her reply was yes we have attorneys that can help. I have called other attorneys where they couldn’t take the case and they didn’t bring me in and waste my time or money. My appointment was at 11am the attorney didn’t come in until 11:20 not dressed professionally. On the site it says free consultation I paid $300 I feel very ripped off! I would like my consultation fee reimbursed. I just can’t believe I was played out of my money. Also today I receive a $115 bill for a phone call with receptionist regarding the issue that no one has called back How is it closed when I still haven’t received a refund of $300????? It’s on your site that consultation are free. This firm need to be more specific. The inquiry should have told you guys that you couldn’t take the care! You guys get people in your take their $300 and give them the run around. This is very unethical! I should have went with my instincts when I read the negative reviews!!!! The attorney didn’t come into the room until 11:15 or 11:20 looking like she just got out of bed . The receptionist is rude and I asked her twice could someone take the case! Which at this point I don’t want to use you guys. You guys are way too unprofessional!!!!!! This is a shame for attorneys to take your money. . This firm shouldn’t beat innocent people out of their money. That is so so cruel

Mr Weston is the best lawyer in north Alabama he has successfully handled numerous legal cases for me an family an friends an has given 150% the stuff is fantastic there is not enough words in the English language to describe how great of a job they do for their clients they take every case to heart he is a pit bull dog on when he takes on a case an he is honest an I appreciate all of his hard work

I called and emailed so many attorneys in Huntsville only to be treated like what I was going through was not important. Until I came across Johnston , Moore, & Weston. As soon as the receptionist answered my call I was greeted with a warm friendly voice. And as I quickly explained what was going on. She continued to have the most understanding compassionate tone. And instantly let know she would gladly set an appointment for a consultation. The Amazing staff and attorneys. Answered every question I had. And calmed my fears . I am so thankful for you all.

I wish I could tell you what kind of service I’ve received but after the first consultation they have not responded to my emails. So far they don’t seem to care about my issue. I would not recommend this firm.
