I originally worked with Jolley & Jolley back in 2021 when they handled my divorce filing. Years later, an issue came up with the decree, not due to anything on their end, and they stepped back in to help get it corrected. They didn’t have to do that, especially after so much time had passed, but they did. They were responsive, professional, and worked quickly to get the issue resolved and the corrected decree signed. That level of follow-through and commitment to their clients is something you don’t see very often. They stand behind their work, and they get the job done right. Specifically, I'd like to call out their office manager, Leah. She was amazing throughout this process. I genuinely appreciate their help and would recommend them without hesitation.

As I would be moving, my case was about modifying visitation rights of my divorce from years prior. I shopped around Salt Lake City to 4 or 5 law firms and found the demeanor of the lawyers here at Jolley and Jolley and their fees were the best. My case wasn't going to be a huge money maker for them, but they still gave me time attention every time we emailed or chatted. The few other firms I consulted with seemed to make me feel like I wasn't worth their time if I didn't have a big case they could keep on retainer, not to mention the other firm's initial retainer amounts were at least $3,000 dollars higher than Jolley and Jolley. My lawyer, Jason was helpful in explaining the law process we would be going through, setting up the mediation with my ex's lawyer and giving counsel during the hours long mediation so that both parties seemed to come away with what we felt fair. This was a win, without having to go to court and further draw out costs and time. I will definitely use them again in the future with legal needs.

If you have money, they may care if it doesnt seem like the case is hard, otherwise move on, they dont actually care about your rights as a father. They will let your cheating ex steal your property post divorce decree, and let your kids be taken out if state without a fight. I should have never used Jolly n Jolly, easily one of the worst choices in my adult life. Honestly they dont deserve the 1 star im required to give to write this review.
