I hired Jorgensen Brownell & Pepin to represent me in a child support modification case, and I worked specifically with Stephanie M. Fournier. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. After spending over $13,000, there was absolutely no change to my support order, and I did not receive any additional parenting time with my kids — which was the entire reason I hired representation in the first place. For that amount of money, I expected effort, strategy, and advocacy. Instead, I felt like there was very little to show for it. Communication was also frustrating. I was repeatedly asked for the same documents and information that I had already provided. It felt disorganized and inefficient. At times, it seemed like multiple people were handling things without clear coordination, yet nothing moved forward in a meaningful way. I also did not feel that my case was strongly advocated for. I expected my attorney to know the law thoroughly and to actively fight for what I was requesting in my modification. That simply did not happen. When I raised concerns about the direction of my case and the lack of progress, the response was defensive rather than solution-focused. Instead of working through the concerns, she indicated she wanted to withdraw from representation. Another major issue was availability. I was initially told she would be accessible when needed, but when important matters came up, I was told to schedule a meeting because she was too busy. While I understand attorneys have schedules, expectations should be set clearly upfront. Overall, I felt like I paid a substantial amount of money for minimal results and very little meaningful advocacy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm for child support modification cases.

Stephanie Fournier was my attorney and she did a phenomenal job! She represented me accordingly, gave me great feedback when need and was astounding to watch work in the court room. It was truly a breath of fresh air that could have an attorney that could also view and analyze things from a different perspective even perspectives I didn’t think of. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with a custody case that just needs some clear guidance and moves in the right direction. She’s definitely an attorney you would want in your corner during custody proceedings. Thank you Stephanie for all your amazing fantastic hard work!

This company has been beyond amazing. In the past year I have had two questions arise that I needed legal advice for. Both times I called and had a quick 30min consultation set up within the week. Both times they answered my questions and determined that I did not need any further legal representation. They did not try to pressure me into more than I needed and did not charge me for my quick chat with them. I could not be more happy with their service and will definitely use them if the need arises!

These attorneys here are most certainly NOT motherbrights attorneys. Attorney Brownell "forgot" to send in my temporary parenting plan to the courts which caused m6 custody case flip against me. They fabricate stories in the cpurt room and dont treat your children with respect. This is just a job. Dont waste your money here on these below par attorneys. You want quality representation, go somewhere else so your children don't suffer the same fate as mine did. I GIVE ZERO STARS!

Great Experience and Very Professional! Highly Recommended...

I was hit by a truck and launched into the back seat, jorgensen brownell and Pepin went about getting me care right away, they made it effortless on my part to get immediate physical therapy and pain relief. I even got to pick my preferred therapist office and when all was said and done I wasn't stuck paying for any of the extensive care I needed. They checked up on my case often and even made sure I didn't need more care, even when the pain became just a noticeable everyday part of living. They were efficient and didn't require me to stay on the phone long, or go over records or plug away on emails.

There are know word to express my gratitude for Matt and his team at Jorgensen , Brownell and Pepin . They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Thank you for all you’ve done for me and my family !!!

If I ever have an issue, I will definitely come back to deal with Mat and Tracy. Unlike other lawyers, I have dealt with in the past. They were very attentive to my needs and that is important. Yeah, if anybody wants a better personal reference, I’d be happy to talk with them, For I have dealt with other lawyers that were such a pain!
