We can't say enough about Joe's, Rich's and teams guidance, responsiveness, professionalism, expertise, and patience throughout the process. They educated and guided us across how to think about selling "as-is", dealing with inspections, earnest money, loan contingencies, closing costs, a land trust, and the closing process. They always replied to emails quickly, and we could get on phone calls with little notice. They were clear and credible with their guidance and direction on next steps, timing of things, etc. They made this an easy experience for us knowing we were in good hands!!! Well I would have to say that they helped me out in a bind almost 7 years after a purchase of a house. I guess I would recommend them highly because they kept the records after 7 years that I needed. What is scary though, is that for some reason Google found out that I called them yesterday! And then ask me if I would share a review! Okay people, is this what we want big tech to do, now they're even spying on our phone calls and knowing exactly who we called and when we called them! I believe that would be common for my phone carrier, but this should not be common practice with Google my phone records are being shared with Google! and I guess I wouldn't even say phone records because there was no way Google could actually get my real phone record that quickly! Google is literally monitoring everything you do instantly! I think it's time for this to stop and for all of us to realize what's going on in the United States! Say no to Google and big tech!
