Greetings to the staff of Joumana, in the last 7 months I attempted to enter into client--Attorney relationship with the aw Offices of Joumana Kayrouz, yet even post the case acceptance and choice they failed me. multiple times.few hints to every deciding client need to know. Not all staff members including attorneys are looking out for your best interest. always have a back up plan! 2nd. if you decided to move on with a firm. please make sure you did at least multiple consultations with quite few attorneys. in most cases the agency owner worry about their self-image way-more than, they worry about their clients . even if they throw them under the bus. investigate the environment very well prior to handing your case.know exactly what to expect. what your duties are, get familiar with your attorney.if they are busy move forward!. staff attitude and behavior, tells a lot about the firm's owner hiring and demeanor, managers and owners only hire people that serve their interest .Joumana has literally failed me 3 time in under 7months. and that means her in a Firm type of situation.not individually I should rate as 1 start or even -2. but due to the fact that I was assisted by that firm in the past and the quality of that staff back then was way way better that what I recently experienced . I would highly move forward with another firm!.

I would 100% recommend the law office of .Joumana, Joumana and her team really went the distance for my case, especially Andrew Bosch, he is a phenomenal representative for the firm, he answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the whole case. The worst attorney office in the state on Michigan I will never refer anyone to these people. I have several messages no response then to be told my check there and I’m still waiting. You law firm attorneys and receptionist are the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. And once again I will not refer this attorney office to anyone

I applied for a marriage-based immigrant green card with Attorney Sam Seif, and it was a very pleasant experience. Attorney Seif was extremely attentive to detail and guided us through the entire process — from filing the application to preparing for the interview. It took only 4 months from filing to receiving the actual green card (in Miami), which was much faster than we expected. He answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly.
