I was involved in a horrible accident. Not my fault. I didn’t know how to navigate the legal system and ask the other insurance agency for what was owed to me. I was in the hospital. I missed work. My car was totaled. It was a real nightmare. But Savanna at JLC took me on as a client and handled everything. EVERYTHING. All I was responsible for was making sure I met with the chiropractor. Savanna touched base with me about once a week. Even if there was no updates but just to let me know she was still on top of everything. If my memory serves me correctly, I think I only reached out to her one time and I got her voicemail but she called me back by the end of the day. I had never been through anything like that before. I didn’t know what to do or what to expect. But when it came time for the settlement, I just assumed she would mail the check. But that’s not at all what happened. Savanna called me and told me the offer the other insurance agency was offering. She explained everything then asked me if I would like to accept the deal or go back into negotiations. I think that’s what most impressed me. She wasn’t in a rush to settle up and be done with me. She really wanted me to get the amount that I felt good with. That’s why I gave Justice Center 5 stars. I was under the impression they only handled criminal defense. But they actually have different attorneys for everything including family law. I was very VERY happy in the end
