I have been a lawyer for 26 years now and whenever I need an excellent GA attorney for referrals or work on our cases, I refer people to Kevin -- and have had 100% positive feedback.
He is an excellent attorney, has an amazing grasp of the law and all its nuances, wonderful demeanor with clients, opposing counsel and judges -- all of whom know his word is solid gold. He puts clients at ease and is a zealous advocate, while also being one who is also highly professional and ethical.
I endorse him wholeheartedly and would add that if I or a family member needed a lawyer he would be my first call (disclaimer - I once did for the college aged child of a very close family friend -- he got the best result that could be obtained by anyone -- charges DISMISSED -- it does not get any better!).
If you need a lawyer, Kevin is THE BEST!

Mr. Elwell took my case after I was let go at Kubota due to a severe case of carpul tunnel that was later confirmed by my doctor and not by the occupational doctor Kubota sent me to...I was let go right before Christmas and I have two daughters 9 and 5 that I wanted to surprise with a great Christmas but wasn't able too!...long story short they took my case and are helping me...first time I ever teared up in joy that someone was willing to help me!..guys def go to Kevin if you feel you were treated wrong at work..kevin knows his stuff and he will treat you like he has known you for years..will give update once things are final!
