I had the hardest time finding a good tax attorney. Luckily, a contact eventually found Omid for me. My case was with D. Klasing's firm at the time and my repeated retainer fees were going nowhere: my case kept getting passed onto 1 lawyer to the next & all of my time and money was spent on rebriefing whoever took my case next. I was told to get ready to pay an excess of 20K or to go to court. Omid and his team were very receptive, even cost effective. I didn't even spend half that amount and didn't have to go to court at all. Omid was always very even tempered and I always felt calm after every connection with him. Most importantly, he was able to get me cleared. Nobody wants to be in a situation involving the IRS. But, if and when, this is the absolute best legal team to have on your side!
K&S Law Group are the tax experts! Attorney Shirazi is a great, out of the box thinker!
