On May 5, 2025, my car was hit, and a fellow countrywoman told me she was going to put me in the best hands, but she was wrong. To this day, they're still giving me the runaround. They made me sign something, and now they're not answering my calls. The representative, Jose Calvo, said he'd call me back, but nothing. I can't even send text messages, and they're even deducting more than the agreed-upon amount. And to this day, nothing. I don't know how many more days I'll have to wait. They say if I don't write or pressure them, they won't do anything.
