I'm joining the ranks of those disappointed with this firm. They don't deserve any service and make people wait so long. My accident was a multi-vehicle collision, and the other person involved has already had their case resolved, while I'm still waiting here. 🙄 🤷 🙃 It seems unfair that I call and they're never in the office. I don't know where they are, for God's sake! And the one star I'm giving is for not answering the calls.

I want to share my experience with this law firm so others don't go through the same thing I did. Unfortunately, the service I've received in my accident case has been terrible. Communication is practically nonexistent: weeks go by without them answering calls or messages, and when they finally do reply, they don't provide clear information or any real updates on the case. I've felt a complete lack of commitment and professionalism. In such a delicate situation as an accident case, you expect support, guidance, and diligence, but in my case, it's been the complete opposite. It seems the client isn't a priority for them. I absolutely do not recommend this firm. If you're looking for lawyers who truly care about your case and provide proper follow-up, I suggest you consider other options. Stefany is never working and doesn't respond after I leave messages. It's worth mentioning that it's been a year, and they still haven't collected the bills from the hospital that treated us. Very disappointed with the service I received.
