Hi my names is Anthony,
In March 2024, I was hospitalized due to severe food poisoning caused by contaminated ground beef. After the incident, I decided to seek legal help and contacted Kenner & Pintaluga. They referred me to another firm, Schwed Law Firm, to proceed with a potential lawsuit.
Unfortunately, my experience with both firms was extremely frustrating. For months I waited, believing my case was being reviewed and handled. However, after a long period of time and very close to the legal deadline, they suddenly decided they would not move forward with the case.
Because this decision was made so late, it has made it extremely difficult for me to find another attorney willing to take the case before the deadline. I feel that a lot of valuable time was lost, and I should have been informed much earlier so I could have explored other legal options.
I understand that not every case can move forward, but the lack of timely communication and the late decision has put me in a very difficult situation.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services.

They should be thrilled with one star.
Do NOT utilize this law firm unless you want to make your life miserable (for a long time) I went through over 6 different lawyers, received the worst legal advice of my life, and was kept in the dark for 3 years all while my property continued to sustain damage. My case with them took 39 months and is still NOT settled.
They juggle you from lawyer to lawyer, while it was my responsibility to bring the new lawyer “up to speed”, the money ticker continues despite new or old information. It doesn’t matter to them, they will get theirs. You end up doing their job for them, because you are constantly briefing new lawyers, while they charge you of course.
I ended up being forced to settle for thousands less than I should have, because my lawyer quit, weeks before trial. The new lawyer they assigned was ignorant and at times I thought he worked for the other side, he even at one point suggested I take zero while their firm would make $45k+. Unfortunately he had zero sense of strategy, and I had to settle, because I had zero faith in him.
Then, when it came time to put my new roof on, for which I had to pay a majority of, (we had to settle from a metal roof to a shingle roof), the “engineer” they hired, “missed” many aspects of the roof that ended costing me way more money because he didn’t notice them apparently. This same engineer was someone THEY erroneously hired, and charged them (ME) thousand and thousands of dollars.
The law firm took $55k out of the settlement, leaving me with $45k. They should be ashamed. It’s like legal robbery at the “lawyer” mill. After I was forced to “settle” I was told by one lawyer he would drop their cost to make it a more fair situation for all (he quit). I simply asked them for $7k to offset the money I had lost and property ruined due to flood. They laughed at me, claiming how hard they worked on our case.
As a veteran I pride myself on good fair work based on integrity and good morals. These people are the opposite. They are crooks with fancy degrees, which swell their heads and make them nearly impossible to reason with.
Avoid Kanner and Pintaluga at all cost, they will end up robbing you, insulting you, and misrepresenting you.

Never again, will I trust attorneys, especially these people. They are in for themselves, the amount of money is ridiculous. They tell you one thing, and have different people that tell you something else. And once they get there money, they could care less. Not a lawyer I would ever use again

Im sure my claim didn't need to take a year to complete. There way to many logistical issues, disrespectful assistants, and the leadership isn't holding their lawyers accountable. Im not satisfied with this company.

I don't think they're lawyers. They're the worst people I've ever met.
They block your calls, mistreat your case, delay it, and finally extract information from you and refuse to pay. My case has been going on for two years and nothing. I don't recommend these people.
You spend 3 thousand dollars. They said they'd raised 3000 thousand and they'd give me 700, but I've never seen them.

They stole my case two years ago. I had an accident, they extracted all the information they could, and they never contacted me again. When I try to reach them, they immediately hang up. They are the worst.
