I contacted Brad Kaplan and his team after being a passenger in a severe car accident. As I was recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury it was difficult for me to interact with others. Funny how when a bunch of lawyers get together to settle a wrongful death suit, the insurance company is willing to come off of their policy limits to exactly what the ambulance chaser's bill is. And not a penny more. So the lawyer gets paid, which is the important thing after all, and the long grieving parents get nothing. You're better off taking the insurance company's offer and keeping the blood sucking lawyers out of it. They're in it for themselves. To hell with the families. Edit: Amazing how the shills come out of the woodwork after the first review left is negative. Almost as if scripted. I wonder how many of these reviewers are either on the payroll, or are family.
