I absolutely love this place!!! Dr. Snow and his team are incredible. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen as I explained my injury and every little detail. I was dealing with pain in my left knee, and Dr. Snow knew right away what was causing it. Even during my very first visit, he was able to help relieve some of the pain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Snow is truly kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about his patients. Such an amazing experience!

Dr. Snow is smart, caring and professional! I’ve been seeing him for years as needed. I’ve learned that an occasional visit avoids a lot of issues! When I do have issues though I get some relief almost immediately. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Snow and his staff!

The monthly adjustments are on time and have kept me out of any back now fur years. I am aging and my overall joint health is diminishing as it dies when you age. Dr. Snow's maintenance keeps in a very active life which is how I prefer to live. I truly appreciate what Dr. Snow and his staff has done for me. I will continue to keep up the maintenance..... I am a long term patient. Maintenance is so easy and quick. By maintaining my adjustments it keeps me out of any pain. The maintenance works! The staff and Dr. Snow make maintenance easy and quick. Recently I needed a new knee. Got that fine but it caused me to miss my regular maintenance with Dr. Snow. After. 3 missed adjustments and my recovery coming along, I see up my maintenance visit. It was like going back and seeing good friends. Dr. Snow is awesome. He really knows what he’s doing and takes the time to listen. You can tell he actually cares, which means a lot. The staff is super friendly and caring—they make you feel comfortable right away. I also love how flexible he is with scheduling. He’ll even text to check on you and see how you’re doing or if you need anything. That kind of follow-up is rare. Definitely recommend.

I have gone to multiple chiropractic / physical therapy locations over the course of 10 years due to many unfortunate accidents I have been in. Kapsner Chiropractic here in North Austin has been the best location for friendly staff and the work done for my pain by Specialist Dr. Jose Mora. Dr. Jose Mora has been straight forward in his approach to therapy, actively listening, and guiding me on my way to recovery.
