What a refreshing experience to have such an amazing team who were so humble and excited to do their job and be helpful to the max! In the beginning of this process I spoke with Jamie, she was an absolute rock star! She was extremely altruistic, indispensable, and accommodating. I know she cared about me. I also knew I wouldn't have to worry about anything except attending the treatment plan she found me that worked with my unpredictable schedule. Tracy was absolutely wonderful, I dont recall needing to ask questions with the responsive emails and updates and guidance through this whole would be stressful process. These ladies had my back and let me go back to my everyday life the best I could, given i was a victim of a crash and in much pain. An already stressful situation made my kastl law experience a breath of fresh air. If your in that situation now, no need to continue your search! Krisi Kastl is an absolute super hero. Her presence in the room says it all, trust me. Shes So kind, a straight shooter, and isn't backing from anything until your taken care of. She'll make damn sure your taken care of. I normally do not leave reviews, but after my experience, I feel obligated to. This firm handled a dog bite case involving my daughter, and over time I completely lost confidence in how the case was managed. After learning I had retained another firm for a separate matter, I was questioned about why I chose not to hire them again. By that point, I no longer felt confident in their communication, handling of my case, or overall representation. Instead of feeling supported when concerns were raised, I felt pressured to reconsider moving forward and warned about possible financial consequences if the case proceeded. I also felt that mistakes and delays in the handling of the case were being shifted onto me rather than addressed directly. I felt coerced into agreeing with statements and positions that I did not believe were accurate, which ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the representation I was receiving. Certain conversations and interactions left me uncomfortable and questioning whether my concerns were truly being prioritized as a client. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm. If I could give zero stars, I would.
