Denied 3 times with this attorney. They did not do us justice AT ALL!!! And I assure you that I am a real person sharing my Honest experience despite the rude comment coming from that incompetent law firm.

This person may not be legitimate as prior reviews are hidden. If you click 22 reviews next to Local Guide, you cannot see any reviews which is highly suspect. This is the 3rd time since last July that PH's review was changed after I responded. I am thinking he revises it so the one star moves closer to the top, which would benefit someone he may work for who handles social security disability cases. We have received calls, right after a one star review, from companies trying to hire us for SEO services to rank us higher. One had foreign names listed on the company site. If PH is a real person, why doesn't PH share a name? <br><br>The first comment that was changed read: "denied 2 or 3 days" which did not make sense as no one is denied that quickly. I have pasted his original comment below that was changed. Then, the second comment was changed to 2-3 times; now it has been changed to denied "3 times." The third time it was revised with the comment: "And I assure you that I am a real person....that incompetent law firm" was added. If you are a real person, PH, provide your name so that your concerns can be addressed.<br><br>Below is what I wrote last July when PH posted before it was changed two other times. Our social security disability clients don't get denied in 2 to 3 days. (I added this the 2nd time PH revised his comment: Also, most people know if they have been denied 2 or 3 times. This person was not definite." <br> The Law Office of Kathleen M Flynn, LLC, unlike most attorneys, files applications for new clients. Our disability law firm also keeps appealing unlike most attorneys. The approval rates are low in Georgia at the initial and reconsideration levels (30 some percent at the initial level and @12 percent at the reconsideration level) and the hearing level Administrative Law Judges grant on average 30-40 percent. PH if you need help, please call us at 404-479-4431 and ask to speak to me or the other attorneys. Thank you.<br><br>We don't know who it is to respond to the comment as there is no name. <br>PH never called us as we asked in this reply, which makes this person more suspect. I would like to thank Mrs Kathleen Flynn and her team for the help and support that y'all did for me and my family 6 of my family member and including my self you all did a fantastic job. you all took the time to work with us if anyone need a social security law look her up one call that's all I want to say thank you and your team so much.
Kathleen Flynn and her staff were wonderful working with. Questions answered and in a timely manner. She was able to jump through the hoops and get results when others could not. I would definitely recommend her.

This person changed the review after I responded. This is fake, probably competition. Below is the original post. When I said that we answer the phone 90 percent of the time, the comment was changed. Sadly, the Adjudicator did not get all of your medical records.Your case is pending at the Social Security Administration's Disability Adjudication Services (DAS) where they have been understaffed since the Covid-19 pandemic. Your treating sources have been supportive in completing your disability paperwork. The reconsideration level in GA has traditionally had low approval rates around the state of GA of less than 20 percent. I hope you prevail at this level and do not need to go to a hearing.

Mr. Jordan: It has been a long journey due to your drawing a very difficult Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the Office of Hearings Operations (OHO) at the Atlanta downtown Office. I am so glad that you did not give up and allowed us to continue to fight for you. On February 2016, our disability law firm filed SSI and SSDI (also called DIB) applications. Disability Adjudication Services (DAS) has had long delays since the Covid-19 pandemic due to staffing shortages. Our disability attorney had to file letter briefs twice at the Office of Appellate Operations (OA) and then proceed to US District Court. Once unsuccessful in federal court and the second time your social security disability case was remanded to a new ALJ who gave you a fully favorable decision. Thank you for sharing your photos of your cute pets! They must have been a comfort to you through the long ordeal in trying to get the help you needed.

Thank you for recognizing our disability legal assistant, Ms.Wiggins, as she is a caring person. Glad Ms. Wiggens was able to give you some resources to help with food and medication. The wait times at the initial and reconsideration levels at the Social Security Administration's Disability Adjudication Services are the longest I have seen in 25 years. It may take 2 years to be assigned to an Adjudicator. You came to us with a SSI case pending at the reconsideration level. The approval rates are under 20 percent at this level in Georgia. Fortunately, your social security disability case was granted. We are glad to hear that you feel like "a new person" now that you got the benefits you needed.
