I just received my first speeding ticket in Illinois. Kathryn and Patricia were not only kind and patient, but incredibly informative as well and were honest with me in explaining that I didn’t even need their services at this time, being this was my first violation. She was a very cold person about the situation. She was just rude during the whole call even hung up while talking on the phone. I recommend you do not call her for help. She shows that she will not help you and she does not care about you. She is just about the money and instead of trying to help and feel better about the situation she makes you feel bad about the situation. I found someone who did not act like her they were wayyy!!! nicer!!!!, they said they could help and be there in the situation. Way better attitude than her!!! She is not worth having you case. In response to the owner, yes it shows no record of me because my fiancé is the one who the lawyer spoke with, but I was there during the call. Patricia is the one who my fiancé spoke on the phone first and who he was emailing, she was very nice but as soon as it came to speaking to the lawyer, the lawyer was just plain rude. Yes I am glad as well that you are not taking care of the case!

I definitely recommend using this law firm for any expungements and/or sealing of records! Kathryn Harry and her assistant Patricia answered any questions I had during the process in a timely manner and made sure I understood. Everything I asked to be sealed/expunged was granted. Very happy I choose them to represent me!

From the first phone call I thought I had made a good choice in legal representation, but by the end of my ordeal, I realized I had made a phenomenal one. Kathryn and her team really are the bee's knees! They are professional yet down to Earth, not curt and haughty like the first couple of lawyers I called. Kathryn looked out for my best interest and was extremely transparent about my options and all the fees for each option. She started us on the route that would be the least out of pocket for me. I live in a different state and she made this process as streamlined as possible so I only had to travel there once. Everything was explained to me in a manner I could fully understand and I really felt heard and included in the process. Although kind and pleasant in our conversations, Kathryn and her team were respectfully aggressive and formidable in the courtroom, with the end results far exceeding my expectations. Choosing Kathryn and her team literally changed my life, five stars isn't anywhere near enough in my book! If I ever need a lawyer again, without a doubt, it'll be Kathryn that I call.
