We take client service very seriously, as you can tell from the hundreds of 5-star reviews clients have been kind enough to leave us, and are certainly in the business of speaking with potential clients who reach out to us. That being said maybe (I) it was a tech issue in which case please call us back (or email me directly —> gabriel@katznerlawgroup.com and we can coordinate a time to speak) or (ii) we spoke with you briefly and said we were not a good fit for your needs. If it’s because we aren’t a fit for your needs then that’s something we are always very honest with potential clients about (as opposed to too many firms that will try to take a fee from someone even if they’re not a fit for their needs). Gabe is absolutely fantastic and we are so glad we chose to work with him. He is a true professional with an excellent style - he is thoughtful, thorough, patient, and there was no question he couldn't answer (and we asked plenty of them). Gabe carefully took us step-by-step through everything we needed and was always available to chat. We honestly just don't have enough good things to say about his services. Would 100% recommend him to friends and family.

Gabriel helped us restate our existing old trust. We interviewed a number of attornies, but Gabriel stood out with his knowledge, attention to detail, and explaining some options that we had no idea we could leverage. He was great to work with and walked through the documents page-by-page with us. The process was very clear, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Gabe is extremely knowledgeable, organized, efficient and a good value for the high level of expertise he puts into his estate plans. Being an attorney myself, I have very high expectations when working with other lawyers. Gabe thoroughly answered all questions and did so in plain language so both my wife and I fully understood the plan. He has a high level of attention to detail which in transactional matters is extremely important. I would certainly recommend him to anyone that needs to create an estate plan or update an old existing plan.
Gabriel is a GEM!!! He came highly recommend to us by one of my good friends. We needed help restating our existing family trust onto CA paper since we recently moved to LA. Gabriel made the process so incredibly easy and straightforward. He guided us through every step and made sure we understood everything in very simple terms.
