Ben Larson is THE WORST attorney in Ogden, Utah. His incompetence is incomprehensible. Can't believe he actually continues to hold his professional license. I struggle every day with how much I trusted Ben Larson with my life and the amount of my life savings he gave away to my ex because of his lack of interest in me, his paying client. He admitted he did not prepare for hearings. Didn't have time, he said. Did not review any documents in our year and a half of negotiations. Didn't know the difference between Petitoner and Respondent in papers and would not correct his errors. He "forgot" several times to notify me, his client, of deadlines and court dates, which he missed. No responses to me, his client, on requests for advice on strategy. To this day, I wake up at night angry at the attorney who I was ensured would get me a fair, equitable settlement after 40 years of marriage and Mr. BYU attorney handed it all over to my husband. Ben wouldn't even take the time to confirm I was legally divorced and left me hanging. Thanks for nothing. At every office visit he was constantly on the phone fighting with his wife instead of focusing on the client paying $300 an hour to get nothing for his lack of professionalism. What a great guy. I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars of life savings thanks to Ben and his illerate assistant, Lynn. He also told me to "just give it to him" several times and convinced me to give my ex all of the equity in the house instead of fighting for the half I already paid for and half of the house I legally owned. He argued with me and so I lost the half of the house I already paid for. He should be disbarred. He is the worst person on the planet. He got me a total settlement of $10,000 on $2M joint estate. DON'T TRUST HIM!
