At first, communication was smooth, and he sent me the necessary documents to begin the legal process. However, once I signed the documents, it became increasingly difficult to reach him. He repeatedly said he was busy, and I was unable to get in touch with him for weeks, which significantly delayed my case. When I finally managed to speak with him, I realized he wasn’t even familiar with the basic details of my case. I had to repeat information like which clinic I had my MRI at or how many chiropractic sessions I attended, because he kept confusing me with someone else. He even scheduled an appointment on a public holiday without realizing it, and when he didn’t call, he later told me they were closed that day—it was a clear oversight that cost me time and effort. When I asked him to follow up on my case more closely, he told me that if I was in a hurry, I should take my case to another firm. After several months of delays, I agreed to transfer my case elsewhere. At that point, however, he said he wanted to continue working on it—but I had already lost confidence and didn’t want to waste more time.
