I truly appreciate Crosby Connolly at Kazerouni Law Group. Crosby’s guidance, support, patience and expertise made what felt overwhelming much more manageable.
Because of Crosby’s help I feel more confident and hopeful about my financial future.
Thank you Crosby for everything!
I retained Kazerouni Law Group in July 2024 regarding the AT&T data breach matter. I signed a formal representation agreement and entrusted the firm with sensitive personal information.
From the time I retained the firm through the alleged “withdrawal” of my claim, I never once received direct communication from an attorney regarding any settlement offer, approval requirement, or firm deadline requiring my action.
Instead, I received automated emails stating that my claim was under investigation.
Over the course of nearly two years:
• I called repeatedly — most calls went unanswered.
• When I did reach someone, I was told notes would be left for the attorney to call me back. No attorney ever did.
• I left multiple voicemails that were never returned.
• I was told by representatives to disregard automated deadline notices because the Claims Administrator had “dropped the ball” and many affected individuals were not being properly contacted.
• I was told at one point that only one individual was handling the AT&T claims, which was given as the reason for delays.
On a Tuesday, I informed the firm that if I did not receive communication by Friday, I would post publicly regarding the lack of response. That same Friday was the first time I received direct email communication from an attorney — and it was to inform me that my claim had been deemed withdrawn due to a missed deadline.
At no point prior to that Friday communication did an attorney personally contact me regarding settlement approval — despite my representation agreement stating that I retain the right to approve any settlement of my claim.
My husband also signed a separate representation agreement with this firm regarding the same AT&T matter. To date, he has likewise not received direct attorney communication regarding his claim.
This has been the worst communication experience I have ever had with legal representation, particularly with an out-of-state firm. Clients deserve direct, meaningful communication — not automated messages, unanswered calls, and silence followed by withdrawal.
I deeply regret trusting this firm with my case and my personal information. I have documentation of my repeated attempts to obtain updates.
I am requesting immediate contact from a supervising attorney to formally address how these claims were handled.
Do not work with them. I was “helped” by Crosby and I never heard from him unless I reached out first. He did not have my best interest when negotiating for me, he just told me to sign and detail with the settlement!
Jonathan Gil was amazing in intaking my information, listening to my needs, asking proper questions. Other law firms were illiterate in responding to my call. Great company to work with!
Crosby Connolly at Kazerouni Law Group was amazing to work with. He really went above and beyond to help me deal with a tough debt collection issue. From the start, he was super easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and always kept me in the loop. You can tell he genuinely cares and knows his stuff. Thanks to him, everything got handled way better than I expected. If you're dealing with any kind of debt collection mess, Crosby’s the person you want in your corner. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend attorney Crosby Connolly highly enough! From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly responsive, making me feel like a priority every step of the way. His expertise and experience were evident as he navigated my case with precision, proving himself to be a skillful negotiator even against one of the most notoriously aggressive lenders.
Thanks to Crosby’s relentless advocacy, he was able to cut my student loan debt in half and secure an extremely low monthly payment—something I never thought possible. His deep knowledge of the law, combined with his strategic approach, made all the difference.
If you're looking for an attorney who truly fights for his clients and delivers real results, Crosby Connolly is the one you want in your corner. I am beyond grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-tier legal representation.
I cannot recommend Kazerouni Law Group highly enough! Working with Crosby S. Connolly was great! Since I first called in to discuss my case, Crosby took the time to patiently explain the process of how he can help me! It was great having all my questions answered and being guided by a professional. In the end, I had a successful settlement and set up an affordable payment plan. I am truly thankful for all the work Crosby did for me and highly recommend him.
