Can not recommend this team more highly and things haven't even wrapped up with my case! I have hired KB Law and specifically Kenji to help me with an auto accident that got more complicated than it should be. They have been partners to me every step of the way. From talking me through the bare bones of how things should work to talking to my medical insurance to proactively solve issues that they see coming. I feel cared for and seen by this team When you're in the middle of a stressful situation, having someone to lean on is a big help and I can't say enough good about these folks.

After being injured in a vehicle/pedestrian accident, and completing various and numerous treatement and therapies, I was in need of an attorney to assist me in settling the claim with insurance companies. I received a referral to KB Law, and contacted them about taking my case. My initial contact was 2/20/24, 5 months prior to the 2 year mark following the accident. Kenji Kozuma, attorney, agreed to take the case, whereupon he and Jessica, paralegal, provided me with detailed, clear, easy to understand and follow, steps to gathering all the invoices, medical records, photos, and information needed to begin the process. With each task completion, I was validated, guided, encouraged and supported. KB kept me informed of each development, communnication between parties, and updated tasks still in process. We exchanged email messages continually along the way, and Kenji and Jessica welcomed my inquiries openly and supportively every step of the 5 month process. We had set the timeline to be completed by July end, 2024, and that goal was achieved on time, with settlement outcomes above what I anticipated, as Kenji pressed for fair and just settlement with both insurance companies involved. Kenji, Chris and Jessica are top shelf! They were professional, honest and compassionate toward my situation and kept me apprised throughout the entire experience. They were prompt in responding to questions and were realistic when it came to setting proper expectations. Real cases are nothing like what is presented in mainstream TV shows, not that I ever had that perception. For me it was really important from day one my team new my mind, what was in my heart and how I felt about the situation that prompted me to call them. It was equally important that they believed in me, that my case was legitimate. So often there is shame and doubt associated in cases and I certainly carried a couple bucket fulls of it. Never once did they disappoint nor did I ever doubt they were the people I needed. I never felt judged or questioned their integrity.
