I was shocked at how completely unprofessional my call was handled. I told the unengaged receptionist what area of law I needed assistance in so she transferred me and a man answered "hello" not hello my name is ". " how can I help you just hello and he sounded like he just woke up from a three day binge. I thought maybe my call was routed outside the firm. I stated the area of law I needed assistance and he said "oh I don't know much about that" He couldn't formulate words much less sentences. I said well you went to law school and passed your bar didn't you? He said he would refer another attorney on staff but he would call me back to confirm. No call back no call from another attorney. Beyond unprofessional. They won't get any of my business.

Appreciate the professionalism shown by Brandon Hill in our recent meeting. Knowing that there are strong partners like Brandon at the firm is telling and impressive for the entire group.

Very Bad experience they know nothing to advocate for their clients. Don't waste your money here

Big Firm, Big Reputation, Very poor representation, no client advocacy, billing so high they would need to add hours in a day to justify. Intentional delays at every corner. All about double and triple billing. Stay away if you want to win your case and have a good experience.

Read into the AA case, whoever was the genius to come up with that defense should be fired, and anyone who concurred or ran it up the ladder...

The fact that they say it was a mistake with that statement, that means internally one of your lawyers wrote that out and thought it was a good idea because you wouldn't have accidentally sent it if it wasn't written or printed. Honestly, get a law firm that treats people like humans. Also, we need to know the lawyer's name who wrote that paper out. Protecting this person is disgusting. You should be blasting this person even if it was a mistake, which again, if it wasn't written or printed, you couldn't have made that mistake, which means at one point you thought it was a good idea.

Lots of money with no outcome because no one was able to finish my case. Don’t spend your money here!
