This is a review that’s hard to out into words because words can’t describe what the Kelners and everyone at the firm did for me I suffered a tragic accident that affected me and my family for the rest of my life . They picked up the pieces when I didn’t know what was the next steps always available for a call or explain how things were going be mindful they have other clients and might be in court but will get to you promptly or someone in office might be able to answer that question on your mind. Everyone was a pleasure to deal will from Monica an Kathy an Candi in office treated me an my family like family Gail was my lead and she sure did that she leaded me through a rough time for me and my family and was there whenever I needed someone when the time came her and Bob showed up and blew it out the park and Bob helped setup me and my family for the rest of our lives idk where my situation would’ve went if they wasn’t the ones for bat at me in my corner but with them my family will be in the best place we can be for generations to come this is where you need to come if you want to be treated right and like your feelings and emotions matter and be well informed on your case I can’t praise them enough for what they did for me and my family

A Masterclass in Skill and Compassion Despite receiving a favorable verdict, I would be writing this review regardless, as I told Josh I would before the verdict was even rendered — because my appreciation for Kelner & Kelner comes down to two major elements: skill and compassion. Watching him work was more fascinating than any courtroom drama on television. His poise and preparation were extraordinary, and it was clear the jury respected every word he said. Watching someone devote so much time and effort on your behalf, was an indescribable feeling. Compassion: Every person I had the great opportunity to interact with at the firm was kind, patient, and genuinely caring — from the receptionist to the paralegals to the senior attorneys. During a five-day trial, Josh must have asked how I was doing or feeling a thousand times. That level of humanity in such a high-stress environment meant the world to me. Coming across and hiring Todd Strier of Kelner and Kelner was one of the best things that has ever happened to me in life! I was involved in a near-fatal accident while working for the NYC Department of Sanitation in August of 2018. That led to me having cervical spine surgery and permanent nerve damage. Todd was the first and only attorney I reached out to, knowing by word of mouth he is the best around! Todd answered my call and within the next couple of days was at my home, assuring me he would do everything he can to make sure he would get it done. I felt from that moment I had made the right decision by making that call. Throughout the litigation process and recovery, Todd always stayed in contact, assuring me everything would be okay. My experience with Kelner & Kelner has been rewarding both emotionally and financially. Their accomplishments for my family and myself has been very satisfying. Brian Hurley, was diligent and able to deal with each hurdle as they put in front of him. His ability to work through the other parties filing bankruptcy and dealing with a Worldwide pandemic, delaying all court proceedings and to make matters worse, and a client with no patiences. I highly recommend this extremely professional, very caring, Law Firm. Five stars is not enough.

I can't stress enough how pleased I have been with Monica Merrill. Right from our first meeting, her expertise on the case's material, her composed demeanor and private counsel with regard to proceedings, and then getting a decidedly acceptable settlement agreement despite limitations stemming from the case's inherent challenges. As though that wasn't enough, she didn't stop there. Even AFTER the settlement - that's AFTER firm was paid - she still (unsolicited) went to bat for us in getting postmortem medical claims reduced, despite having no financial incentive to further lift a finger. Who even does that? Despite the unfortunate events necessitating the matter, in all it was the outcome my (late) mother would have wanted, so I can't thank Monica enough.

He was very informative and explained every step they would take.
