Jim Kelso is a wonderful person and an excellent healthcare contract attorney. I have used him to evaluate and modify employment contracts, draft lease and office-sharing contracts, establish corporate entities and assumed names for corporations, and sought his legal advice when exploring other potential business arrangements. His law firm is based in San Antonio and he is an expert in both Federal (Stark) and Texas Law. He is appropriately aggressive and thorough when it come to legal language in documents and contracts, but has a unique ability to explain complex legal concepts in lay terms. His rates are fair and reasonable compared to other lawyers and his advice and guidance will help you make wise and confident decisions about your career and future.
