I loved working with Natasha, the admin staff, she answered my questions and helped me to understand what was to happen with a speeding ticket. I am concern that if I had not shown up for court on the first court date, a warrant for my arrest could have been issued. My attorney did not show up. I was told I did not have to be there, but decided to go anyway. I would have loved to have at least talked to my attorney once. I met him in court as my case was dismissed.

I retained and fully payed Mr. Kennedy for a bond hearing on 2 cases a li bit over a month ago. His secretary told me if I hire them,Mr. Kennedy will visit my loved onefew days before the court date. Fast forward one month later I realized that he had never called or emailed me as far as what the plan is. I called his office from Monday to Friday a week before the court date and he never returned my calls. I emailed him expressing my concerns he never called. The day before the court date I called his office again and told his assistant to make sure that we are on for the case tomorrow and she told me yes. And I told her I would be driving two hours to be here so I just wanted to make sure that he will be appearing in front of the judge tomorrow before driving. On the day of the court case I went to court and I found out that Mr. Kennedy was not in court and my family member was not on the list. I called his office after I left the clerks office and his assistant told me he is in the meeting with somebody. The clerk’s office told me he has not entered in on the case yet which he could have told me if he picked my calls or responded to my emails. In the emails I let him know that my husband was the one who referred me to him. I am saying that because a month ago he did not have all five stars. I believe he had the other reviews deleted. I could have saved my $2500 and waited till 90 days for the judge to grant us a bond with no lawyer. He is worse than a public defender.
