I have not had a good experience with my case. This seems to be one of the PI lawyers who try to take advantage of the insurance system. They send you to their own list of doctors, exams, etc. to do stuff with. At first, I didn’t mind, but I have learned more about these different type of roles. It has only been a few months of my case, and there have been 4+ different case managers. Turnover rate is terrible and information is not being streamlined and shared between the different managers. I also never receive updates on case even when requested. I don’t get call backs. I don’t get notified on when yet another person is switched on the case. Not on update with demand. They pretty much leave you in the dark so I actually have no idea how this case is going. Not sure why this place would be highly rated, must be some type of reward you get for leaving a good review. But hoping future folks will take what I said and avoid this office in the future.

Through out the time I was with Kenny Law I was facing some struggles and they held me down. Even tho I threw a tantrum... they kept their word and made it up each and every time. I appreciate the staff and how they passed me down to make sure I was taken care of. I did give a struggle only because Idk how this works but they kept me calm and made me understand how it works.
