Courtesy and respect go a long way in business - both were absent in my experiences with this firm. I’ve been under contract twice through Kham Law, and closed one of those transactions. In my experience, Donnie seems very cold and unwelcoming - almost as if he is annoyed with me. Never once greeted me nor offered a handshake in person. Rather than starting with “Hello” over the phone, he stayed completely silent for 15 seconds before taking a condescending tone and asking; “so what’s your question??” The attitude, the tone, the overall energy he lets off is that of someone who thinks they are better than me and my family. If you’re the type that upholds and expects a certain standard of business practice, I would highly advise using one of the other hundreds of closing attorneys available in Georgia. Those who think/act like they’re the smartest in the room, seldom are.

Kham Law is always my preferred attorney when I have the choice. Donnie and his entire team are rockstars to say the least. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure clients have a smooth closing experience. The firm is responsive and communicates quickly if questions or issues arise. The office is clean, nice, and in a great location. Fees are beyond reasonable. I really cannot think of anything negative to say.

Kham Law is always my preferred attorney when I have the choice. Donnie and his team communicate effectively, they are proactive about deadlines, they are professional, and they are as good as closing attorney can get. His entire office is filled with friendly staff, the office is nice, and it is also conveniently located. I have never had a client complain about Donnie's stellar service. Always easy to work it!

Excellent attorney with great service!
This review is definitely long overdue, but Donnie is truly my go-to closer. His customer service is always top-tier, and what I appreciate most is how responsive and reliable he is — even after office hours, he always takes the time to get back to me. That kind of dedication makes such a difference and brings real peace of mind. I’ve also personally worked with Donnie on my own home purchase, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Knowing firsthand how thorough and caring he is makes it even easier to trust him with my clients. Thank you for always taking such great care of us, Donnie. I love working with you!
