I can’t recommend Attorney Omar Khan and his assistant Jeethna enough. The I-130 was complicated and daunting for spouse sponsorship. Khan took all the pressure off my plate by simply requesting a few documents. Both Khan and his assistant were extremely cordial and responsive. I was a remote client as well so did not feel the need for an in-person office visits. Khan was also extremely knowledgeable as after every conversation, he would ask me if I had any questions for him. I recall throwing half a dozen questions at him on a call and he was very patient and thorough in his responses. Furthermore, I really like how the firm broke down its cost structure by first only representing the I-130 petition and then a separate follow up for the NVC. I conducted some research by getting to know other firms and they charged 20-30% more and the fees had to be paid altogether with payment plans incurring additional fees. I was happy with the cost structure at Khan, Nayyar & Associates. 10/0.
