Would recommend 100% My wife, my son, and our 2 day old daughter were on our way home from the hospital when we were rear-ended at a traffic light by a distracted driver. Both my wife and I suffered severe injuries and by the grace of God both kids were unharmed. Kim Welch Law was there for us when we had a million things going on at the same time. Mrs. Welch, Aftet two years you want to respond to me promptly after posting a review. When any other time I try to get a hold of you you were on vacation in Las Vegas. First of all for my son's car accidents you gave me power of attorney to represent my son and to sign his documents and also to communicate with you when I could never get a hold of you or you just had your legal assistant give an excuse to prolong the case. I didn't receive a Penny back from either of the accidents for either of our vehicles. I several consultations with accident attorneys after you withdrew from the case and the issue they informed me of was that Mrs Welch should have filed the correct documentation with the city to file the claim against the city vehicle for colliding into my son's car and the correct documentation was filed in the correct amount of time. I thought I had said something incorrect content that offend you, Mrs. Welsh about your issue with your son, I do not know exactly what happened to him. I just knew that he was in some form of accident, and I just mentioned that since he was in an accident that I hoped you would fight your best for my son, and you went totally off on me about that you helped your son, and you were a damn good lawyer, and you weren't lazy, and you don't take people's insurance money. You seem to be overwhelmed with emotion or maybe it was your conscience. I never accused you of anything, I don't even know you well enough Mrs.Welch, I've met with you maybe 3 times. I just asked you to do your best for my son since you had a son. Well, I deal with my son's medical issues due to these accidents on daily basis with him needing assistance with daily living on top of my medical issues. not once did you show me any sympathy to what I deal with, or do you even know the situation that my son goes through. Thank you for contacting me publicly after I gave a review of my opinion Mr. Kim Welch was my attorney, for a car wreck that my son I were injured in. I never received no money back for the vehicle that was totaled out. Kim offered my son I a very small settlement on the condition that I can never fight for additional injury settlement for other injuries to my arm. My arm is completely damaged for the rest of my life I'm in chronic pain every day. My son was in another car accident about a year later and his car was totaled, he wasn't at fault, he wasn't even ticketed but she refused to help us if she didn't want the case from the beginning, she should have said so. Nothing was ever done. there was very little communication between us if any at all. I called Mrs. Welch and I was very upset, because I there was always an excuse, we can't get the video. The investigator bailed on us, there was always some reason why nothing was progressing. She contacted my son and she terminated her self. After two Years down the line, we're stuck in a rut because she refused to do her job. Kim will still your money
