I rarely post reviews, especially negative ones, but I am very upset about the experience I've had with this law firm. No one answers their phones, I had to call 5 times and I left voice mail messages with 3 different people and then on the other 2 calls I talked to a paralegal (?) who was incredibly rude to me and was far from professional. She yelled at me and told me that the simple request I had was not her problem. She then told me that I would have to talk to the HR dept. (which wouldn't handle this type of issue either, btw). My very, very simple request is still not resolved. And in the end, I did call the HR department (which also did not answer) and I left a voicemail letting them know how I was treated by this employee. I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication that I will never do business with Kirton McConkie.

This was the worst experience we have had to deal with. Our situation was already difficult and stressful and going with this firm has done nothing but add to that sadness and stress. In 3 years we are out thousands of dollars and with no movement to our case. We feel robbed and lied to. This has not been worth the emotional and financial stress our experience has proven time and time again, to be.
