Colin Bondy at Kirwin Partners was paid a $15,000.00 retainer July 2024 he did absolutely nothing to help me and at the end of September 2024 the courts and opposing counsel informed me Colin Bondy was never officially registered as my lawyer and left me without legal representation no bill no retainer. Colin Bondy is the worst lawyer and a waste of my time and money

I recommend Mr Haddad he’s very nice and helpful he goes out if he’s way to help and answers any questions, he was on vacation and he calls me with he’s personal number and explain to me everything. Kind professional and very helpful. Thankyou

This law firm was a total disaster. We get a call from them once our offers for purchasing and selling were good to go. And don't hear anything until 2 days before closing. We tried to get a hold of them many times but simply don't answer. We asked for the draft ledger several times and every time was given a different excuse of why they didn't have it ready. From the initial call, Stephanie gave us the appointment for the closing day to be on August 19, but two days prior, Theresa calls and says we must come in on the 18th in order for everything to go through on time. Clearly there was no communication between the two of them. She then sends us the draft ledger that simply made no sense and expected us to pay a HUGE lump of money by the next morning, meanwhile that we were not supposed to pay. Theresa blames the big lump of money on the realtor company, and says that this is the correct way of doing things. But we confrimed with several other realtors, mortgage brokers, law firms that they had never seen such case. After closing and obtaining the keys to our new home. Stephanie calls us three days later telling us that the key we gave them for our old home does not work. The new buyers can't open the door. She says if there's any "magical way to open the door". Once again, our realtor had to save the day because these two ladies simply suck at their job and can't handle anything on their own. I repeat this once again, this experience was the WORST EVER. We don't recommend working with either Stephanie nor Theresa. Very careless, unprofessional, and full of lies.

This restaurant has superb 👌 Mediterranean cuisine...I can't rant enough about them and the food...go and try for yourself...you will be throughly satisfied.

Unbelievably disappointing experience. I used Kirwin Partners to close on the purchase of my first home. I received no response to my emails requesting their service, for 10 days. I was charged for printing fees and did not receive any paperwork whatsoever including the promised explanation of legal terms used in the transaction, and was told by Theresa that she did not know what anything meant, including the terms of my mortgage. When I asked for proof of ownership of my new home, Theresa promised to email it over right away and after 14 days of several unanswered emails, calls and messages, I finally received it. At this time, I am still waiting on all my final paperwork with no help or even acknowledgement of any of my requests by Kirwin Partners. I'm not sure the qualifications of the employees here or the general reputation of this office, but it was an extremely stressful, unpleasant experience that I hope to never encounter again. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
