Unbelievably disappointing experience. I used Kirwin Partners to close on the purchase of my first home. I received no response to my emails requesting their service, for 10 days. I was charged for printing fees and did not receive any paperwork whatsoever including the promised explanation of legal terms used in the transaction, and was told by Theresa that she did not know what anything meant, including the terms of my mortgage. When I asked for proof of ownership of my new home, Theresa promised to email it over right away and after 14 days of several unanswered emails, calls and messages, I finally received it. At this time, I am still waiting on all my final paperwork with no help or even acknowledgement of any of my requests by Kirwin Partners. I'm not sure the qualifications of the employees here or the general reputation of this office, but it was an extremely stressful, unpleasant experience that I hope to never encounter again. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Very clean professional establishment

I was dealing with Mr. Haddad and Stephanie (Theresa a little bit as well). I would give this firm a 5/5 rating. They were punctual, professional, friendly, and when I came in to the office, they were so quick. I would so recommend to anyone who asks me who they should go with! -Anonymous

Same thing as above review with closing of my house left message after message but they do not return my calls. Just want to know they are taking care of things. So unprofessional. I have been dealing with Mr. Haddad.
