I recently used Klima Law for the sale of my co-op, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Since there are only a couple of co-ops in the area, finding a lawyer familiar with the intricacies of the co-op sale process was crucial. The sale of a co-op is far more complex than that of a typical house or condo, but Klima Law expertly navigated every step.
Michael Klima and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and explained the intricate details of the process clearly. They were on top of everything required to close the sale, from what documents were needed to obtaining stock certificates. The staff was friendly and always responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
I worked directly with Michael Klima, and he was always available/easy to get a hold of when needed. Since I did not use a realtor, he went above and beyond by handling extra tasks typically managed by a realtor. His thorough review of the contract and clear explanations of important details were invaluable.
I highly recommend Klima Law to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, and responsive legal team for their real estate transactions. They did an outstanding job and made a complex process much easier for me.
