Very unprofessional experience. As soon as my call was answered, I was immediately placed on hold. I called for a consultation, and the lady briefly listened to part of my situation. During the conversation, she responded with “ugh,” cut me off mid-sentence, and placed me on hold again. She then returned and told me there was nothing they could do because the accident happened a long time ago. This made it clear that she had not fully listened to the details I had shared about my case. I simply said “Thank you” and ended the call. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
