I had the privilege of being helped by Ally during my divorce and child custody/ support agreement. She communicated, answered all of my questions and dealt with a not so happy ex. She was my brick wall when I could not always be. She will for sure be on speed dial if anything comes up.

Ally was truly the best! We also had a great experience with everyone who would answer our calls all the girls who work there were so sweet! Angela was also such a pleasure to work with! What a terrible experience. Lower retainer fee, but the hourly fee is $400. I got charged for verifying emails were received, for checking up on my slacker attorney, I got billed for time taken when I visited the office to pay in person. I got charged for more administrative garbage than actual case work. This is an absolute money grab while my attorney basically laid down and took a beating any time I needed her. When custody is at risk, a lazy dishonest attorney is the WORST team mate to have. I absolutely regret any and all involvement I had with KKG. After getting the shaft for 6 months, getting charged at every turn, I fired my attorney and hired one from a different firm - that was the best decision I could have made. They now keep replying that I wasn't their client which further shows how disorganized and clueless this office is ran - they know exactly who I am and which case I paid for.

Ally Jamerson is the attorney you are looking for. The one who will listen, take your concerns seriously and call when you ask for a call. Even more important than her awesome communication is the fact that she is good at what she does. She will fight for you! I got what I was asking for in my case because she knew the rules of civil procedure, knew the law and did her homework. If she had not done that then I wouldn’t be where I am today. I read attorney reviews for an entire 6 hour road trip is how I found her. Her name kept coming up consistently as tenacious and a fighter. They were correct! Worth every penny!

Over priced and not truthful about the billed hours. The lawyers apparently don't log their own hours against the retainer so they are logged by a different department and the result is massive over charging.
