Pre-Intake
Update to my review posted below: They reached out to me and apologized, indicating regret that my case somehow fell through the cracks. Shawn and his associate, Alexandria, then met with me and went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed, offering future assistance if needed. Everyone deserves a chance to make it right, and they did just that.

I was referred to Shawn Krogh via California Lawyers for the Arts. My initial consultation with him was very helpful. He indicated that if I needed more help to let him know. Since my situation had changed, I needed to consult with him again, so I emailed him but received no response. So I contacted his office and spoke with José, who said he would let him know. I never heard back. Approximately a week or two later, I contacted them again. This time, the assistant was a young lady who said I was not in the system, but that she would let him know and he would get back to me within a few days. No response. I tried a third time the following week and spoke with a gentleman (not José) who said, too, that I was not in the system and that he would let Shawn know. Again, no response. Wow. Really disappointing. I'll look elsewhere!

I put in a question on Rocket Lawyer and Derek Decker was literally the only attorney who provided a legit legal response before going straight for the sale. Very approachable, would highly recommend him.
