Mr. Krupp and his office staff were phenomenal! He was so respectful and courteous and his legal assistant Shari was the sweetest and couldn't have been kinder and more helpful! Mr. Krupp was never condescending or rude like several attorneys we had spoken to and he was always so patient in answering our many questions. He also didn't try to extend our case to add to his fees (like some attorneys do) and handled everything so professionally in the most expeditious manner. He was a wonderful advocate for my family member and we were able to settle without having a full blown trial which was amazing. We had much much better results in this matter than had we not retained Mr. Krupp's services. Most law firms appear that you can't ever actually get a hold of your attorney. This was not the case with Chris.
