Don't walk away, run, from this so-called law firm. As client representative I have been treated with complete disrespect by the representative you are connected to when you call. Was told my request was too much work for them and I should do it myself. When I'd try to explain to why I needed their help the representative would just talk over me and eventually hung up on me.
