This review comes long over due since the moving into our home and careers have consumed all of our time. Let me start by saying that Erik and Michelle right off the bat had our best interest as their main priority when it came to everything legality wise. You felt confident during the process of home purchasing even though some areas of the process weren’t clear to normal none lawyers folks, you still felt confident because you knew they are amazing at their craft. Secondly, the ability to complete all the items they were tasked with in a speedy manor with above bar professionalism sets them from the rest of the law agencies around. The Kukk Law firm is a place that I’d trust my important matters to be handle through. Michelle had all her paperwork ready to go and was stern about the items the seller had left to do on their checklist to be able To move into our dream home! It was amazing to see it all fall into place honestly. My wife and I are both Veterans and now both Law Enforcement and we personally know the struggles this team has went through on a more personal level … we couldn’t have been more honored and blessed to work with such a dynamic duo. I choose Kukk Law after reading these same reviews. We were selling our house and if it weren’t for Kukk Law I’m certain our sale would have fallen apart during the week of our closing. The reason was the buyers had last minute title issues on the home they had to sell in order to purchase ours. These title issues were above and beyond any sense of normalcy. The buyers attorney was incompetent IMHO and actually handed over the title resolution challenge at last minute to Kukk Law to oversee. This is where Kukk Law’s connections made all the difference. They were able to work MAGIC behind the scenes with their high level connections to resolve the buyers issues with their house title. So Kukk Law actually saved our sale and the buyers purchase . Luckily I choose Kukk Law from a legal plan offered at my place of employment and not the same attorney my buyers choose (in Danbury) as he was also on the list of attorneys offered. If I had not chosen Kukk Law this most difficult closing would not have ended successfully this is 100% fact, as I know they work they put in. We thank Erik and Michelle for making our sale possible.
