Dan Klein was an absolute rock for my wife and I as we faced an uphill battle, due to terrible statutes, against a very large company with a team of attorneys. The sensitive and often emaotional nature of our case was handled with a level of care that honestly felt familial at times. He and his team stayed the course and never gave up on truth and justice for our family.
While I hope you never need his expertise, you couldn't ask for a better asset in your corner if that time comes.

Not the first place I went to when I needed help but it should have been. First person I went to didn't really seem to put too much care into my case but Dan did even if it seemed like a long shot case. Danmade sure to keep me informed with what was going on when I needed to be along with giving me multiple options to be able to reach him including his cell phone. After everything was said and done I actually did end up getting a settlement thanks to how awesome they are but he even went as far as giving me ideas of what to do with what I'm getting to make it last. I really do feel like you're talking to genuine people who really care about you. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know from now on!
I suffered an injury on the job about 2 years ago. I worked with another lawyer for some months but was telling a friend I felt as if they were more against me than for me.
