After speaking with my with my team, they informed me that they called back, texted back, and resopnded every time you or your wife reached out to us. They also informed me that you never once mentioned you were unsatisifed and that you were agreeable to the final settlement. I wish we would have known that we were not meeting your expectations. As you can see by our other reviews, clients are thrilled with our service, communication, and outcome of their cases. My team did also advise me that you decided to cut your own case short, and skip a significant amount of treatment that was recommended to you.
